DirtRich: Ideal for anyone who wants soil that’s ready to go, no mixing required.

Our all-in-one premium soil mix. Use it straight out of the bag for raised beds, containers, and new garden builds. It’s loaded with nutrients, microbes, and biochar.

  • We’re not just dirt in a bag. Every SoilWorx product is crafted with intention—balancing biology, structure, and nutrients. Our mixes are packed with ingredients like worm castings, humates, volcanic minerals, kelp, fish hydrolysate, and premium biochar to support healthy roots, water retention, and long-term soil health.

  • Biochar is a porous form of carbon made from plant material and used to supercharge soil. It helps retain water, improve soil structure, and provides a habitat for beneficial microbes. Ours is ultra-fine (5 micron!) and acts like a sponge—locking in nutrients and supporting thriving plant life.

  • Yes. Our FiveChar and Fishilizer are OMRI Listed. DirtRich contains over 95% OMRI Listed ingredients—18 out of 19. The 19th is a clean, natural pumice rock. WormCraft and NutriComp are made from broken-down organic matter. While not OMRI Listed, their ingredients are 100% natural.

  • Absolutely. Our mixes are ideal for raised beds, pots, and containers. They’re preloaded with biology and nutrients, so you can plant straight in—no extra amendments needed.

  • Our blends come biologically active and nutrient-rich, giving your plants a strong start. That said, depending on your plant type and growing season, you may want to supplement with small amounts of organic fertilizer or FiveChar over time. Think of our mixes as the foundation—your plants’ long-term lease on life.

  • Keep your bags sealed and stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. The biology inside is alive and well—it just prefers a chill environment. If you open a bag, make sure to fold it tightly or store it in a sealed container to keep it fresh.

    For bottles, do not store them in sunlight or freezing conditions. Cold temperatures can expand the water inside and cause the bottle to burst.

  • Yes! We use clean, naturally sourced inputs and avoid harsh chemicals—so your curious pup, toddler, or neighborhood squirrel won’t be harmed if they take a detour through your garden. Still, we don’t recommend it as a snack.

  • Currently, we ship across the continental U.S., with plans to expand. If you’re outside our zone, drop us a note—we’d love to help you get our products wherever you grow.

  • Yes! Our products are designed to blend beautifully with native soil or existing garden beds. You can mix them in, top-dress, or use them solo—it all depends on your soil goals.

Return Policy

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.

Return and Refunds: Unused kits may be returned for a partial refund. We do not refund shipping costs, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions and provide your order number and reason for the return.

Shipping Adjustments: If you need to make adjustments to your shipping details, please email us as soon as possible. We strive to accommodate changes to ensure your order arrives correctly.

Fraudulent Orders: In the event an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent, we will hold the order for approximately 1 week before processing. This delay allows us to verify the order's authenticity and protect our customers and business.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
