Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
Return and Refunds: Unused kits may be returned for a partial refund. We do not refund shipping costs, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions and provide your order number and reason for the return.
